Why you should become accredited
Since 2013, Diversitas has been delivering UBA training to over 3,000 participants across industry sectors and geographies. Our participants have consistently rated our training as being insightful, valuable and practical and have told us how it has improved the way they make decisions and created a shared vocabulary to challenge systemic biases across their organisations.

Organisations continue to demand these skills and insights, despite the recent changes. As such we have recognised the need to help equip individuals and organisations with the tools to deliver this deep and impactful learning in a more scalable offering.

We have now expanded our "in-organisation" offering and have now opened it up to any individual interested in becoming accredited.
What our clients are saying
With a large number of our leaders having gone through Unconscious Bias Awareness Training, we found the content so valuable, that we have accredited some of our people in house to deliver the training through the Diversitas Train the Trainer program. It is is a great way to achieve more scale across NZ Post!
